The Directors of Avarae Global Coins plc (AIM: AVR.L), the UK's only publicly traded company dedicated to investing in rare and high quality coins, were today notified that following the sale of 13,100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 May 2015, Noble Investments (UK) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stanley Gibbons Group plc, no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
