UMC Energy yesterday received notification from Natasa Mining Ltd ("Natasa") that, following the disposal of  15,873,016 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") Natasa is now interested in 204,106,879 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 83.5 per cent. of the Company's entire issued Ordinary Share capital.
