Funds managed or advised by Octopus Asset Management Limited hold 1,336,000Shares, representing 12.85% of the Company's issued share capital. 2. Non-beneficial holdings of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited andtheir respective direct and indirect subsidiaries amount to 676,000 Shares inaggregate, representing 6.5% of the Company's issued share capital. The non-beneficial holding of FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiariesamounts to 560,000 Shares and is registered in the name Mellon Bank N.A.
