Advanced Medical Solutions Grp PLC14 October 2005 Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ("AMS" or the "Company") The Company received notification that, on 14 October 2005, the Cavendish AIMFund acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in AMS ("Ordinary Shares").This shareholding is in addition to the 650,000 Ordinary Shares held by theCavendish AIM Fund, the 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares owned by discretionary clientsof Cavendish Asset Management and the 3,700,000 Ordinary Shares held by theCavendish Opportunities Fund. Cavendish Asset Management, through its direct andindirect shareholdings, therefore holds 12,100,000 Ordinary Shares, whichrepresents 8.52 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
