The Board of Allied Gold announces that it was informed today that Mineral Commodities Limited (MRC) ceased to be a substantial shareholder as defined by the Australian Corporations Law following the divestment of 1,000,000 shares in Allied Gold Limited.
MRC currently holds 18,534,379 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 4.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
