Both entities aremembers of the First Rand group and the shares continue to be held forinvestment purposes. As a consequence, RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd currentlyhas an aggregate holding of 2,850,000 ordinary shares carrying voting rights,equivalent to approximately 5.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
