Wednesday, 22 July 2009 - NEOVIA FINANCIAL Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 22 July 2009 that as at close of business on 21 July 2009 Standard Life Investments Ltd had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Standard Life Investments Ltd holding a total of 7,082,902 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.906% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 21 July 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
