The Company yesterday received a notification that, as at 23 December 2011, GLG Partners LP holds 33,693,223 of the voting rights of the Company, representing 9.35% of the voting rights of the Company.

Further to the Placing of 57,758,333 new ordinary shares announced by Origo Partners on 20 December 2011 which settled on 23 December 2011, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is now 360,168,501.
