Shareholdings in the Company
The Company received notification on 2 December 2009 that, on 1 December 2009, Levine Capital Management Limited ("LCM") held an interest in 13,633,947 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 29.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
As disclosed in the circular to shareholders dated 2 November 2009, the following beneficial shareholdings are included within the 13,633,947 shares held by LCM:
