Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 26 March 2007 that following a transaction on 23 March 2007 Majedie Asset Management Limited has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 33,012,701 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 5.03% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
