Director Shareholding

The Board of MediLink, the electronic healthcard network service provider, was informed on 4 July 2011 that Asdion Digital Advance System Sdn Bhd ("ADAS"), a company owned by Asdion Berhad ("Asdion"), entered into an agreement on 28 April 2011 to sell 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.0 pence per Ordinary Share to Mr Heah Theare Haw in an off-market transaction (the "Share Transaction"). The effective date of the Share Transaction was 31 May 2011.

Following the Share Transaction ADAS is interested in 30,464,000 Ordinary Shares representing 25.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of MediLink. Mr Yap Tai Tee, Executive Director of MediLink, is Chief Executive of, and a substantial shareholder in, Asdion and therefore indirectly interested in the Ordinary Shares held by ADAS.

In addition, following the Share Transaction, Mr Heah Theare Haw is interested in 23,262,500 Ordinary Shares representing 19.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of MediLink. Mr Heah also has an indirect interest in a further 2,889,840 Ordinary Shares by virtue of being a major shareholder in both Asdion and ADAS. Mr Heah therefore has a total direct and indirect interest in 26,152,340 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 22.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of MediLink.
