The directors of Emerging Metals note that Weatherly International Plc announced on the 18th June 2009 that with respect to its funding position it had sold its entire holding of 21,899,698 ordinary shares in the Company. The shares were sold for 4.75 pence per share through on market sales and raised proceeds of approximately US$ 1,685,000.
