Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or the "Company") announces that it has been informed today that on 18 April 2013 Bermuda National Limited ("BNL") purchased 5,050,000 ordinary shares in PCFG at a price of 6.75p per share. Following this purchase, BNL is interested in 15,553,800 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 29.37 per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
