Tricor plc ("the Company") was informed on 29 April 2010 that Germiston Investments Limited has disposed off a total of 192,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company between 31 March 10 and 28 April 2010 (summarised below). Following this disposal, Germiston Investments Limited is now interested in 141,233,333 ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.16% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
