The Company was notified on 26 August 2010 that Noble Investments (UK) PLC has made market purchases of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 August 2010 at a price of 7.75 pence each and a further 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.625 pence each on 26 August 2010. Following these purchases, Noble Investments (UK) PLC has an interest in 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 11.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
