We were appointed by a client to manage additional assets for them and during the take on we clarified their intention with regard to voting and this resulted in our amending our records. The effect of this was to reduce our total holding over which we have voting discretion.
We have taken action to calculate back the original date of transaction to which the 5% threshold was crossed.
