Bidtimes Plc has today been notified that Ocean Park Developments Limited, a company wholly owned by Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick, Non Executive Director of Bidtimes Plc, yesterday acquired 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.675 p per share.
Following this purchase Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick has a beneficial interest in 909,599 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
