Clean Air Power Limited (AIM:CAP), was informed on 11 November 2011 that Perlus Microcap Fund LP ("the Fund") sold 200,000 ordinary shares at 4 pence per share on 9 November 2011, 100,000 ordinary shares at 4 pence per share on 10 November 2011 and 500,000 ordinary shares at 4 pence on 11 November 2011. The Fund now has an interest in 4,607,897ordinary shares representing 4.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
