Torotrak PLC12 December 2006 Torotrak PLC ("the Company") Holding in Company The Company has been notified by Cavendish Asset Management Limited that clientsof Cavendish Asset Management now hold an interest in 2,917,300 ordinary sharesof 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which represents approximately2.41 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
