eServGlobal (AIM:ESG & ASX:ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, announces that it was notified on 2 April 2015 that Henderson Global Investors Limited purchased 2,655,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 March 2015.

Following this transaction, Henderson Global Investors Limited has a total interest in 41,254,760 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.52 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
