NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

Treveria plc (AIM: TRV) received notification on 26 July 2010 that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest of 29,980,286 shares of Treveria Plc, amounting to 4.94% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. This has moved from a previously disclosed position of 36,250,195 shares amounting to 5.98% of the issued share capital on 18 March 2010.
