DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 27 February 2007 that Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, the ultimate holding company of Ameriprise Financial Inc, had a notifiable indirect interest in 6,658,928 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on the 22 January 2007, representing 6.36% of the voting rights of the shares in issue. There have been no notifiable changes to their holding since this date.
