As a result of this purchase, Allianz AG (the ultimate holding companyof Cornhill) and subsidiaries together with Cornhill hold a disclosable interestin 3,497,000 shares in the Company, equivalent to 7.04 per cent of the Company'sissued ordinary share capital.
