The Company was notified on 22 April 2010 by Safeguard Management Limited, as Trustee of The Timis Trust, that, following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 April 2010, it has an interest in 21,836,881 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 6.86 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
