The Company was advised on 2 April 2009 that CLS Holdings plc, purchased between the 18th and 19th March 2009 3,872,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 at an average price per share of 26.03p. Following this purchase CLS Holdings plc has increased its shareholding in the Company to 17,396,287 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 43.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.
