Holdings in Company
The directors of Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L) announce that on 23 October 2009, the Company received notification from BlackRock Inc. that as of 22 October 2009, it holds a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company of 2,158,075 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.47% of the Company's issued share capital. BlackRock Inc.'s notifiable interest is held through BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited.
BlackRock Inc.'s notifiable interest is in 929,758 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.37% of the Company's issued share capital and a further holding in 1,228,317 Ordinary Shares through contracts for difference held by BlackRock UK Emerging Companies Hedge Fund, representing 7.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
Separately, on 26 October 2009 the Company received notification from Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited that as of 23 October 2009, it holds a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company of 520,326 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
