The Company has been informed that Interarrow Sarl has received 7,200,000 ordinary shares, relating to the internalisation process of the Company's management. The beneficiaries of Interarrow Sarl are Frank and Kevin Oppenheim.

As part of this consideration, Frank and Kevin Oppenheim also received 112,500 shares each.

As a result, Frank and Kevin Oppenheim now directly and indirectly own 30,520,424 ordinary shares of the Company which represents 9.6% of the shares in issue.
