Chariot (UK) PLC22 February 2006 For immediate release 22 February 2006 Chariot (UK) plc ("Chariot" or the "Company") Notifiable interests The Board announces that, subsequent to the admission of the share capital ofChariot to trading on AIM on 6 February 2006, they have received formalnotifications of the following interests in the share capital of the Company: On 20 February 2006, the Company received notification that funds managed byPendragon Capital LLP had an interest in 940,000 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting 5.89% of the current issued share capital of Chariot. Theregistered holder of these shares is Pendragon (Master) Fund Ltd. On 15 February 2006, the Company received notification that the Tudor BVI GlobalPortfolio Ltd had an interest in 582,000 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting 3.65% of the current issued share capital of Chariot. Theregistered holder of these shares is Barclays Capital Nominees (No 3) Ltd. On 7 February 2006, the Company received notification that the Moore Credit Fund(Master) L.P. had an interest in 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting 9.40% of the current issued share capital of Chariot. On 7 February 2006, the Company received notification that Rathbone BrothersPlc, through registered shareholdings of subsidiary companies, had an interestin 2,150,891 ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.47% of the issuedshare capital of Chariot. On 7 February 2006, the Company received notification that FidelityInternational Limited had an interest 1,596,250 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting 10.00% of the current issued share capital of Chariot.
