Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 4 February 2010 that as of 28 January 2010 the shareholding of Harbinger Capital Partners LLC, as the investment adviser to Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, reduced from 15.38% to 14.76% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company, as a result of the increase in the Company's issued share capital following the recent placing.
