Quadnetics Group PLC24 February 2006 Quadnetics Group PLC (the "Company")24 February 2006 Share Allotment, Notification of Interest and Director Dealings At a Board meeting held on 24 February 2006 a further 8,128 New QuadneticsShares were allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted theoffer for Protec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 22 February 2006. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable. Following this allotment the Company has 15,511,672 ordinary shares in issue. In addition, the Company received notification on 24 February 2006 from HermesAdministration Services Limited that Britel Fund Nominees Ltd (on behalf of TheTrustees of BT Pension Scheme), now has a direct holding of 1,001,536 shares inthe Company (representing 6.457% of the Company's issued share capital). The Company also announces that Mr Glenn Robinson, a director of the Company,has today sold 55,801 shares in the Company at a price of 235p. Following this sale Mr Robinson retains an interest in 160,000 shares held within the Quadnetics Group Employee Share Scheme.
