Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 1 November Cuillin Investments Limited disposed of 800 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.0001% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Cuillin Investments Limited holds 5,354,200 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 3.73% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
