Rapid Realisations Fund Limited (AIM: RRF) was today notified that on 14th January 2011 Mr. Nicholas Greenwood purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Following the share purchase, Mr. Greenwood's holding in the Company has increased to 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.16% of the Company's total share capital, with voting rights.
