Societe Generale SA advised us yesterday, 1 February 2017, that as of 26 January 2017 they had an interest in 16,055,046 ordinary shares in Fyffes plc and as of 30 January 2017 they had an interest in 19,584,132 ordinary shares in Fyffes plc. These represent 4.87% and 5.94% respectively of the ordinary shares currently in issue, excluding treasury shares.
