Ambrian Capital plc received notification on 23 February 2011 from the Rule Family Trust that it was no longer the beneficial owner of Exploration Capital Partners, and is therefore no longer the beneficial owner of 13,287,208 shares held by these funds.

Due to subsequent share purchases, the Rule Family Trust had on 23 February 2011 an interest in a total of 4,161,810 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.89% of the total voting rights of the Company.
