Kryso Resources PLC09 September 2005 Kryso Resources plc9th September 2005 Simon Cawkwell has today informed Kryso Resources plc ("the Company") that hehas purchased a further 200,000 shares in the Company: 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each were purchased on 8th September at 12p pershare175,000 ordianry shares of 1p each were purchased on 9th September at 12.25p pershare. All of the above 200,000 shares were purchased in the name of his wife.
