Notification of the acquisition or disposal of major shareholding under DTR 5.8.12 R (1)

The Company has today been notified by Alken Luxembourg SA ("Alken") that on 26 January 2016 Alken's shareholding in the Company reduced below 5% of the Company's issued share capital.

Alken is now interested in 46,888,874 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, being 4.91% of the Company's issued share capital. Alken had previously been interested in 49,331,447 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, being 5.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
