Landore Resources Limited23 January 2006 Landore Resources Limited ("Landore Resources" or "the Company") Holdings in Company Landore Resources was notified today that Matopos Holdings Limited ("Matopos")has made the following acquisitions of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares"): Date No of Ordinary Price Shares acquired (p) 19 January 2006 250,000 13.12520 January 2006 250,000 13.75 As a result of these acquisitions Matopos is now interested in 6,383,000Ordinary Shares. In addition, TAHEH Holdings Limited is interested in 3,000,000Ordinary Shares. Mr James Hudleston is the beneficial owner of both companies and as a result ofthese transactions now has a beneficial interest in 9,383,000 Ordinary Shares,representing approximately 10.09% of the issued ordinary share capital.
