("GS Inc") was interestedin 21,632,895 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company,representing (at the date of this announcement) approximately 10.90% of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital. Of these 21,632,895 shares: (a) The interest in 13,972,455 shares arose from the interest held by GoldmanSachs & Co, a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of GS Inc, acting as custodian forits customers.
