The Company was notified on 28 July 2008 by Lehman Brothers International (Europe) that following the disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 July 2008, it has an interest in 6,955,916 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 3.29 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was notified on 29 July 2008 by Lehman Brothers International (Europe) that following the disposal of Ordinary Shares in the Company on 25 July 2008, it no longer has a disclosable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
