The company was informed on 7 October 2010 that on 4 October 2010 the pension fund of Andrew Redmond bought 333,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. Following the transaction Andrew Redmond has a beneficial interest in 2,774,255 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 6.4% (previously 5.6%) of the Company's issued share capital.
