Corero announces that, as a consequence of the completion of the administrative processing of a share exchange agreement dated 13 July 2010 between Foresight VCT Plc and Foresight 3 VCT Plc (together, "Foresight Funds") and New City High Yield Fund Limited ("New City"), New City (having notified the Company on 13 May 2011) are now interested in 658,188 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company, representing less than 3% of its voting rights, and Foresight Funds (notifying the Company today) are consequently interested in a further 897,368 ordinary shares in the Company.
