AGA Foodservice Group plc ('the Company') In accordance with Section 198-202 of the UK Companies Act 1985, AGAFoodservice Group plc was advised yesterday that Aviva plc and its subsidiarycompanies have a notifiable interest in 8,909,929 ordinary shares in theCompany representing 6.95% of the issued ordinary share capital. This followsthe disposal of 1,000,000 ordinary shares on 28 September 2005, representing0.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
