Holdings in the Company
The Company was informed on 1 June 2016 that SmartePay Limited ("SPL") no longer holds any ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. SPL has been dissolved and the Ordinary Shares it held have been distributed, none of the recipients of which now hold 3% or greater of the Ordinary Shares.
Following the above, the persons who hold 3% or greater of the Ordinary Shares or who are a director of the Company and hold Ordinary Shares are as follows:
