The directors of Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L) announce that on 16 February 2009 the Company received notification from Octopus Investments Limited that on 13 February 2009, Octopus Investments Limited disposed of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company on behalf of Octopus AIM VCT plc, Octopus Second AIM VCT plc and Octopus Investment Nominees Limited.
As a result of this transaction, Octopus Investments Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
