Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource company, received notification on 14 November 2011 that following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 10 November 2011, Credit Suisse Group AG is now interested in 73,123,723 shares, representing 7.88% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
