The Company was notified on 23 March 2010 by Westminster Asset Management Ltd ("Westminster") that, following purchases of 2,100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Westminster has an interest in 8,780,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 9.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.
