Thomson Intermedia PLC31 August 2005 Thomson Intermedia Plc ("Thomson Intermedia" or the "Company") Holding in Company Thomson Intermedia received notification on 30 August 2005 that HeraldInvestment Trust plc ("HIT") acquired 215,000 ordinary shares in the Company on23 August 2005 as a result of a placing.
