- Notification of Major Interest in Shares
On 16 March 2009, The Rank Group Plc ('Rank') received notification from Aviva plc, under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, as at 13 March 2009, Aviva plc and its subsidiaries had a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to 15,928,490 ordinary 13 8/9p shares of Rank (registered, or to be registered in the names set out in the schedule below) representing 4.08% of the total voting rights in Rank.
