The Board of Proton Power announces that it was notified on 17 June 2008 that, following the placing and admission of new ordinary shares on 28 May 2008, Roundstone Properties Limited had a direct interest in 18,000,000 ordinary shares in Proton Power equivalent to 29.32% of the issued share capital. The shares are registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
The issued share capital of the Company is 61,390,863 ordinary shares of 5 pence
per share.
