Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC26 October 2006 CRESCENT HYDROPOLIS RESORTS PLC Isle of Man Munich Qingdao ANNOUNCEMENT (for immediate release) New Chief Executive, Changes in Holdings Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (the Company) is pleased to announce theelection and appointment of Mr Alfred Wuttke as chief executive of the Company,effective 19 October 2006. Mr Mansoor Ijaz, previously chief executive, hasassumed the post of deputy chairman of the Board of Directors and executivedirector, effective from the same date. Mr Wuttke was formerly deputy chief ofthe UBS branch in Stuttgart and brings over 20 years of banking and financeexperience to the Company's management team. The Company also reports that Mr Wuttke received 1,000,000 shares representing1.23% of the outstanding shares of the Company, raising the overall holdings ofMr Wuttke and his family from 9.48% to 10.71% as of 17 October 2006. Theadditional shares were acquired from shares held by Mr Klaus Foerster acting astrustee for Poseidon, Apollo and Neptune investors in the Company for noconsideration on 17 October 2006.
